Shalam, there are many people who love the things in this world and are friends with the world. It is important to know the God of this world wants you to serve him so you can be pulled away from the Most High God who loves you. Majority of the people must understand that its OK to want something, but its another thing to love something, the majority of the people in the world love the things in it and that's why they have no understanding of the Most High God. I will show you through scripture and precepts that its not good to love the things in this world, but to love the Most High God and keep his commandments as he has instructed us to do so.
