Our people have been heavily deceived when it comes to worshipping The Most High. We worship him on Sunday which is day 1 and not Saturday (Sabbath) which is day 7, which is the last day of the week. This is done because we don't understand nor do we read the scriptures on this topic to gain understanding. We also know that churches aren't going to teach or tell you if they know the truth about the Sabbath or not. Church is about money and not teaching the true Laws, Statutes and Commandments of The Most High (Ahayah Ashar Ahayah). I am going to show you that it is not Sunday we are to worship him and nor are we to keep that day holy, but instead it's Saturday (Sabbath). The Roman Catholic Church changed the Sabbath to Sunday to worship the Sun.
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
(The Roman Catholic Church has changed the Sabbath day to Sunday, due to them worshipping the Sun. All religion is Evil. The Saints are the 12 Tribes of Israel and we have no religion; we have Commandments, Laws and Statutes to live by because we are a Holy people.)

Quotes about the Sabbath
"And where are we told in the Scriptures that we are to keep the first day at all? We are commanded to keep the seventh; but we are nowhere commanded to keep the first day. The reasons why we keep the first day of the week holy instead of the seventh is for the same reason that we observe many other things, not because the Bible, but because the church, has enjoined it." - Isaac Williams, Plain Sermons on the Catechism, vol. 1, p. 334, 336.
"There was never any formal or authoritative change from the seventh-day Sabbath to the Christian first-day observance." - William Owen Carver, The Lord's Day in Our Day, p. 49.
"There is nothing in Scripture that requires us to keep Sunday rather than Saturday as a holy day." - Harold Lindsell, editor, Christianity Today, November 5, 1976.
"There was and is a commandment to keep holy the Sabbath day, but that Sabbath day was not Sunday. It will be said, however, and with some show of triumph, that the Sabbath was transferred from the seventh to the first day of the week, with all its duties, privileges and sanctions. Earnestly desiring information on this subject, which I have studied for many years, I ask, where can the record of such a transaction be found? Not in the New Testament absolutely not. There is no scriptural evidence of the change of the Sabbath institution from the seventh to the first day of the week.
"To me it seems unaccountable that Jesus, during three years' intercourse with His disciples, often conversing with them upon the Sabbath question never alluded to any transference of the day; also, that during forty days of His resurrection life, no such thing was intimated.
"Of course, I quite well know that Sunday did come into use in early Christian history, But what a pity it comes branded with the mark of paganism, and christened with the name of the sun god, adopted and sanctioned by the papal apostasy, and bequeathed as a sacred legacy to Protestantism!" - Dr. Edward T. Hiscox, author of the "Baptist Manual", in a paper read before a New York ministers' conference, November 13, 1893, and reported in New York Examiner, November 16, 1893.
"The seventh day is the only sabbath day commanded, and God never repealed that command. If you would keep the Sabbath, keep it; but Sunday is not the Sabbath It is the Seventh day not the first day that the command refers to." - G. Alridge, editor, The Bible Standard, April, 1916.
"Many people think that Sunday is the Sabbath. But neither in the New Testament nor in the early church is there anything to suggest that we have any right to transfer the observance of the seventh day of the week to the first. The Sabbath was and is Saturday, and not Sunday, and if it were binding on us then we should observe it on that day, and on no other." - Pastor Lionel Beere, in Church and People, September 1, 1947.
"There is no direct Scriptural authority for designating the first day 'the Lord's Day." - Dr. D.H. Lucas, in Christian Oracle, January 23, 1890.
"The observance of the first day instead of the seventh day rests in the testimony of the Catholic church and the church alone." - Hobart Church News, July 2, 1894.
"But they err in teaching that Sunday has taken the place of the Old Testament Sabbath and therefore must be kept as the seventh day had to be kept by the children of Israel. In other words, they insist that Sunday is the divinely appointed New Testament Sabbath, and so they endeavor to enforce the Sabbatical observance of Sunday. These churches err in their teaching, for Scripture has in no way ordained the first day of the week in place of the Sabbath. There is simply no law in the New Testament to that effect." - John Theodore Mueller, Sabbath or Sunday?, p.15-16.

When does the Sabbath Starts?
Psalms 104:23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
Precept to Psalms 104:23:
Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
(We see that a man works until evening. The Sun will begin to go down in the evening and when this happens you can begin to prepare for the sabbath.)
Jeremiah 6:4 Prepare ye war against her; arise, and let us go up at noon. Woe unto us! for the day goeth away, for the shadows of the evening are stretched out.
(We see that the day went away at evening, and you can begin to prepare yourself for the Sabbath which starts on Saturday sunrise.)

What can't I do on the Sabbath Day?
Exodus 35:3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
Precept to Exodus 35:3:
Exodus 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.
(No house work is to be done on the sabbath day. All house work must be done before the sabbath which from Friday sundown until Saturday sundown or after the sabbath is over.)
Nehemiah 13:16-19 There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.
17 Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, What evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?
18 Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.
19 And it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and some of my servants set I at the gates, that there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.
Profane - 1. unholy; heathen; pagan.
2. To treat or use (something sacred) with irreverence.
Irreverence - Lack of due respect or veneration; disrespect.
(We see that Nehemiah contended with the nobles of Judah, because they were buying and selling on the sabbath day. This shows us that we are not suppose to buy or sell anything on the Sabbath, this is a Holy day.)
Isaiah 58:13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
Pleasure - 1. Enjoyment or satisfaction derived from what is to one's liking; gratification; delight.
2. A person's preference or choice.
3. Worldly or frivolous enjoyment.
(We read that we are not to do our own pleasure. Meaning anything that we like to do whether it be from playing sports on the sabbath day or haveing sex or anything that you like to do, that is considered to be your own pleasure.)

What can I do on the Sabbath Day?
Luke 13:10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
(We see that the Messiah was teaching on the sabbath day, and we also can teach on the sabbath day as well.)
Matthew Chapter 12:10-13 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.
11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not
lay hold on it, and lift it out?
12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.
(We read that the Messiah healed on the sabbath day. So if someone is in need whether it be a person or an animal that is in need of help, we are to help them, because it is lawful to do well on the sabbath day.)
Mark 2:23-28 And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn.
24 And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?
25 And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?
26 How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the
priests, and gave also to them which were with him?
27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.
Hungred - Hungry.
Hungry - 1. Experiencing pain, weakness, or nausea through lack of food.
(We see that if you are extremely hungry, you can get something to eat, but dont get anything to eat just because you want to be greedy or because of neglegence; so dont do that. If you are weak or having nausea problems through the lack of food; then you can buy something to eat.)
(We see that the Messiah was teaching on the sabbath day, and we also can teach on the sabbath day as well.)

Why do I have to keep the Sabbath Day?
Genesis 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Sanctified - 1. To make holy; set apart as sacred; consecrate.
2. To entitle to reverence or respect.
(We are to keep the sabbath day because The Most High made the heavens and the earth and all within in six days and rested on the seventh day from all of his work, and The Most High blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it.)
Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Remember - To become aware of (something forgotten) again; bring back to one's consciousness; recall.
(The Most High God of Israel commaned us to remember the sabbath day to keep it holy. The Most High God of Israel knew that we would forget to keep his sabbath day because we were serving others gods and still are today. We think Sunday is the last day of the week when in fact Saturday is. That's why he told us to remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. This is apart of the Ten Commandments.)
Exodus 31:12-17 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Most high that doth sanctify you.
14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Most High: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days Ahayah made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested,
and was refreshed.
Perpetual - Continuing or enduring forever; everlasting.
Forever - Without ever ending; eternally.
(We see that it is a sign between the children of Israel and the God of Israel forever.)
Ezekiel 20:12 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.
(We see again that it is a sign between The Most High and the children of Israel.)
Isaiah 56:6-7 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Most High, to serve him, and to love the name of the Most High, to be his servants, everyone that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon my altar; for mine house shall called an house of prayer for all people.
(We see that all of the Gentiles who keep the sabbath from not polluting it; even them will the Most High bring to his holy mountain, and those who come to serve him and to love the name of The Most High (AHAYAH ASHAR AHAYAH) to be his servant.)
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
