Why Precepts are important?
Isaiah 28:10-11 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

(This is how you will understand scriptures, for precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept. Also what it means by with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to the children of Israel, this refers to another tongue. Before our people came to America we didnt speak English we spoke Ancient Hebrew once we were brought over here on slaves ships we were forced to learn English by people of a strange language (Europeans), whom the Most High brought against us for our forefathers disobedient. Seeing that our forefathers wouldn't listen to the Most High by his prophets, in their own language. We were cursed and brought over here and was forced to other languages.)

The whole conclusion to understanding the Most High words and to understand the King James Version Bible is to keep the Most High precepts.
