If you haven't read Part 1, please due so before reading Part 2, so you can get a full understanding of why you must keep the laws of the Most High God of Israel. Through the will of the Most High I will show you the Old and New Covenant. I will also show you in detailed which Laws has been done away with. Many seem to misunderstand the difference between the old and new covenants.

The Old Covenant
The old covenant, then, consisted of the ordinances of the Levitical priesthood, ceremonial laws, and fleshly ordinances like animal sacrifices. These were temporary laws. Please read the precepts for understanding.
Hebrews 9:1-10 Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.
2 For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary.
3 And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;
4 Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant;
5 And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly.
6 Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of the Most High.
7 But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people:
8 The Holy Spirit this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:
9 Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
10 Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.
Precepts to Hebrews 9:1:

Precept to Hebrews 9:5:
Leviticus 16:2 And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.
Precept to Hebrews 9:6:
Numbers 28:3 And thou shalt say unto them, This is the offering made by fire which ye shall offer unto the LORD; two lambs of the first year without spot day by day, for a continual burnt offering.
Daniel 8:11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
Precept to Hebrews 9:7:
Exodus 30:10 And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the Most High.
Precept to Hebrews 9:8:
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Which Laws Was Done Away With?
The old covenant consisted of the ordinances of the Levitical priesthood, ceremonial laws, and fleshly ordinances like animal sacrifices. We no longer need animal sacrifices nor the Levitical priesthood. These were temporary laws.
Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
Precepts to Colossians 2:14:
Colossians 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
(The handwriting of requirements (often also called the hand-writing of ordinances) or certificate of debt was done away with. Please understand that the expression "the handwriting of requirements" (cheirógrafon toís dógmasin) is a Greek legal expression that signifies the penalty which a lawbreaker had to pay--it does not signify the laws that are to be obeyed--only the penalty. It is only through the acceptance of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ that the penalty was wiped out ("the handwriting of requirements"). But only the penalty, not the law!)
Psalms 40:6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
Precepts to Psalms 40:6:
Hosea 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of the Most High more than burnt offerings.
Matthew 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
(As we read Psalms 40:6 the Father didn't desire or require legal sacrifices. Thou didst desire obedience rather than sacrifices.)
Isaiah 1:11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Most High: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
Precept to Isaiah 1:11:
Psalms 50:8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
(The Most High said "To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me?" The reason why this is being said is because the Father is a spirit, and therefore cannot be satisfied with such carnal oblations, but expect to have your hearts and lives, as well as your bodies and sacrifices, presented unto the Most High.)
The Bible, however, also shows that the requirements of the Levitical priesthood as stated in the Old Covenant in Hebrews 9:1-10, sometimes called the law, which were part of the penalty of sin, were blotted out.
Jeremiah 7:22-26 For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices:
23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.
24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
25 Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them:
26 Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.
Precepts to Jeremiah 7:22:
1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the Most High as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Most High? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
Psalms 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
Precepts to Jeremiah 7:23:
Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Most High thy power, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Most High that healeth thee.
Leviticus 26:3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
Leviticus 26:12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
Precepts to Jeremiah 7:24:
Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
Leviticus 26:12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
Deuteronomy 29:19 d it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
Precept to Jeremiah 7:25:
Nehemiah 9:30 Yet many years didst thou forbear them, and testifiedst against them by thy spirit in thy prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the people of the lands.
Precepts to Jeremiah 7:26:
Nehemiah 9:17 And refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.
(Please understand that the Bible makes it clear that the sacrifices were not part of the original law that God wanted obeyed. And that the Levitical sacrifices were added because of the sins of the people as stated in Jeremiah 7:22-26. Since the Israelites wouldn't obey the Most High, He implemented the sacrifices. That is why the Bible speaks of a new covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-33).)

The New Covenant
The "New Covenant" which the Most High made with Israel and Judah is not really a new covenant at all, but is the same old covenant which the Most High made with them when he lead them out of the land of Egypt.
Jeremiah 31:31-33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Most High, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
32 Behold, the days come, saith the Most High, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
33 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Most High:
Precept to Jeremiah 31:31:
Hebrews 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Most High, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Precepts to Jeremiah 31:32:
John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus (Yashaya) Christ.
Deuteronomy 1:31 And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the Most High thy power bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.
Precept to Jeremiah 31:33:
Psalms 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my power: yea, thy law is within my heart.
2 Corinthians 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living power; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
(This is the same old covenant which he made with our fore fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt. Thats why the Most Highh said this "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Most High, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts". Remeber this is the same law in the Old Covenant. Also notice he said he will put his law in their inward parts and in their hearts because the first the Most High wrote His law on two tables of Stones. This is clearly pointed out in Exodus 24:12 and Deuteronomy 4:12-13.)
Jeremiah 31:31-33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Most High, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Conclusion
The New Testament clearly states that the Messiah sacrifice does atone for our sins, hence we no longer need animal sacrifices nor the Levitical priesthood nor its related practices or civil matters. And that, the penalty for violating the law, was what was "done away". The Levitical priesthood has been changed.
